Program Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience in developmental
• Person-centered, patient, and kind; dependable, adaptable, flexible; observant and detail oriented.
• Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team; committed to respectful and
