Program Supervisor - Residential Support Services

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily operations of services in assigned programs.
• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees.
• Monitor and ensure services to individuals are delivered.
• Fill direct service shifts in their program(s).
• Provide training for employees and conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Offer hands-on assistance, mentoring, and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Two-year related degree and/or two years supervisory IDD experience preferred.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible; detail oriented.
• Good communication and documentation skills; background clearance required.
