Program Technical Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support the delivery of GFSI-recognised food certification programs, focusing on FSSC 22000 and
• Provide technical reviews, audit preparation, certification decisions, and stakeholder coordination
• Coordinate with auditors, clients, global affiliates, and internal teams to meet program timelines
• Maintain audit documentation, databases, schedules, and SGS systems for robust audit trails.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for FSSC 22000 and BRCGS standards, addressing customer queries

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in food manufacturing in QA/QC or technical roles; experience in technical reviews is
• Strong practical knowledge of GFSI environments with deep knowledge of FSSC 22000 and/or BRCGS.
• 2-day HACCP Principles & Applications training; Lead Auditor qualifications in FSSC 22000 or
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused, process-driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
