Program Timing Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain integrated master schedules, key milestones, and critical paths aligned with the
• Define task dependencies, durations, and resource requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Track program progress against baselines, proactively identifying critical path bottlenecks
• Develop mitigation plans for at-risk activities and escalate timing issues with actionable
• Prepare timing status reports, executive dashboards, and timeline presentations for management
• Track and report core timing KPIs, including milestone adherence, schedule slippage, and on-time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, project planning, or timing analysis
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing program environments strongly preferred
• Knowledge of automotive product development processes (APQP, gateway/phase reviews)
• Understanding of vehicle program milestones (SOP, PPAP, launch, ramp-up)
• Familiarity with automotive development lifecycle and launch processes
• Understanding of engineering, tooling, and manufacturing timing dependencies
