Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage trafficking, setup, and delivery of display campaigns across DSPs and ad-serving platforms
• Upload, organize, and maintain creative assets; implement ad tags, tracking links, and campaign
• Perform QA before launches; validate creatives, tracking, and cross-device compatibility.
• Monitor delivery; troubleshoot creatives, redirects, tracking, and ad serving issues; resolve
• Conduct A/B testing and prepare reports with optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support campaigns across international markets

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, or AdTech.
• At least 2 years hands-on with DSPs/ad servers (e.g., Adform, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP).
• Strong HTML5 creatives, JavaScript tags, third-party ad tags, VAST/VPAID, and digital ad tech
• Experience implementing click, impression, and conversion tracking (UTM, macros, pixels).
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, organization; able to manage multiple campaigns.
