Programme Manager - New Product Development

📋 Description

• We’re recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD)
• Develop and deliver end-to-end programme plans for complex NPD projects, aligned with strategic
• Lead, encourage, and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new products to market efficiently
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and collaborator expectations
• Coordinate the full product development lifecycle — from ideation to commercial launch
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the programme lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in programme or project management, ideally in life sciences, medical
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects or programmes
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)
• Expertise in budgeting, risk management and collaborator engagement
• Outstanding leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
