📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end NPD programmes from concept to launch
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for market-ready diagnostics
• Manage timelines, budgets, and collaborator expectations
• Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to commercial launch
• Identify and mitigate risks across the programme
• Communicate with customers, senior leadership and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Biological/Life Sciences or related field
• 5-7+ years PM/Programme experience in life sciences/diagnostics/pharma
• Proven success delivering cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
• Budgeting, risk management, collaborator engagement experience
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
