📋 Description

• Own cross-lever roadmap and single source of truth across regions
• Build and run the levers operating system: cadence, readiness, and governance
• Manage intake, sequencing, and prioritization for campaigns and lever requests
• Translate budget into an executable plan with live spend view
• Coordinate across regional pods, central teams and leadership with unified communication
• Turn playbooks and country plans into shipped campaigns and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in program management, operations, or marketing/GTM
• Proven track record building central coordination systems from scratch
• Exceptional cross-functional orchestration in matrixed orgs
• Strong operating discipline: roadmaps, cadence, governance, and executive reporting
• Budget-to-execution fluency and ability to translate budgets into roadmaps
• Analytical fluency; SQL familiarity a plus
