📋 Description

• Coordinate project communications, schedules, deadlines, status updates, and client correspondence
• Draft, edit, proofread, format, and perform quality assurance reviews on reports, presentations
• Create visually engaging and professional documents that clearly communicate complex information to
• Develop and maintain templates, presentation formats, and documentation standards to ensure
• Manage project files, document libraries, shared resources, version control processes, and records
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, sales teams, accounting teams, and leadership to support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and accuracy.
• Proven experience with editing, proofreading, formatting, and document quality assurance.
• Demonstrated project coordination and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a remote work environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
