Project Analyst- Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Support financial operations for clinical research projects
• Be the primary financial contact for projects, collaborating with Operations, Budgets, and Contracts
• Review contracts, work orders, amendments to identify financial terms and ensure invoicing accuracy
• Monitor revenue and billing; perform financial QC of study visits and billable activities
• Reconcile study data between RealTime and Sponsor/EDC systems
• Manage non-visit billing and maintain supporting documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, business, healthcare
• Experience: 1–2 years in accounts receivable, financial analysis, accounting operations, project
• Clinical research systems: RealTime experience a plus but not required
• Excel proficiency: Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Analytical ability: Strong critical thinking and decision-making
• Attention to detail: Highly organized, multi-project management
