Project Coordinator - Data Center and Network Delivery

📋 Description

• Support systems, processes, and workflows behind data center and network deployments.
• Manage project-management tools and workflows; ensure deployment schedules and milestones stay
• Own technical documentation: project requirements, build books, architecture diagrams, SOPs.
• Collaborate with technical program managers and cross-functional stakeholders to turn field

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technical operations, project or deployment coordination, or related
• Experience with Smartsheet, including formulas, automated workflows, scheduling tools, dashboards
• Familiarity with Jira or comparable project/workflow platforms.
• Fundamental understanding of how complex projects progress from planning through deployment/launch.
• Exposure to data centers, network, cloud, AI infrastructure or mission-critical tech is a plus.
