📋 Description

• Oversee on-site project delivery for construction & installation.
• Act as primary on-site contact between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.

• Support pre-planning through final turnover across lifecycle phases.

• Local experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with construction drawings and schedules.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Permitting and inspection process familiarity.
• Strong communication with diverse teams across continents.
• Ability to work independently on active construction sites.
