Project Delivery and Client Coordinator (Construction & Experiential)

📋 Description

• Oversee on-site project delivery for construction/installations
• Manage pre-planning, permitting, and topline schedules
• Conduct weekly site walks; document progress vs schedules
• Identify risks, variances, and maintain punch lists
• Coordinate vendors, inspectors, and AHJs for milestones
• Provide clear progress reports to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Local construction experience; immersive entertainment a bonus
• Read drawings; proficient with PM tools (Procore, ACC, Smartsheet)
• Permitting and inspection process knowledge
• Strong communication across contractors, designers, executives
• Independent, calm, solutions-oriented on active sites
