Project Delivery and Client Coordinator (Construction & Experiential)

📋 Description

• Oversee construction and installation projects on-site as primary point of contact.
• Coordinate between stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and AHJs to hit milestones.
• Manage pre-planning through final turnover with site data, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide regular site walks, progress photos, and documentation against schedules.
• Identify risks, maintain punch lists, and support permitting processes.

• Local experience with commercial construction projects; immersive entertainment experience is a

• Ability to read construction drawings and schedules; strong permitting knowledge.
