Project / Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines and quality
• Analyze workflows, identify delivery challenges, and accelerate time-to-market
• Drive change management with new processes and best practices
• Apply Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SDLC) to improve planning and collaboration
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, resources, and team capacity
• Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time, CFD, burn-down/up)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager with measurable improvements
• Ability to present structured case studies with measurable impact
• Hands-on experience with process improvements in software teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SDLC)
• Advanced Jira/Confluence experience (workflows, JQL, automation, reporting)
• Understanding of delivery management concepts (scope, risk, capacity, decomposition)
