Project Director

📋 Description

• Lead strategic leadership to achieve project objectives and stakeholder buy‑in in Caribbean TIP
• Manage project operations, team, and external stakeholders (donors, governments, NGOs, private
• Prepare and submit high‑quality technical, financial, and other deliverables on time with
• Ensure operations compliant with US Government regulations, Winrock policies, and local laws.
• Oversee monitoring and evaluation; identify improvements; facilitate Pause and Reflect sessions.
• Oversee program budget, projections, spending, and ensure expenditures follow donor guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in programs addressing migration, justice, trafficking; at least 7 years in
• Technical specialization in Prosecution, Protection, or Prevention.
• Experience managing international projects with high ethical standards.
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in law, human rights, public policy, or related field.
• Experience in the Caribbean region and managing regional initiatives.
• Financial oversight and budget management experience.
