Project Director, Early Phase and Translational Research (EPTR)

📋 Description

• Oversee portfolio or program of clinical studies; provide operational direction to Project Managers.
• Ensure studies meet therapeutic requirements, client expectations, quality standards, SOPs, GCP
• Act as senior customer contact; maintain relationships, communicate progress, manage expectations
• Oversee contracts, budgets, expenses, financial tracking, forecasting, and overall project
• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs using project tools.
• Maintain deep therapeutic and client knowledge; apply lessons learned across studies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or professional discipline; Master’s degree an advantage.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification desirable.
• At least 15 years of industry experience; minimum 5 years in a CRO environment.
• At least 10 years of clinical project management across full lifecycle.
• Experience managing functions, external vendors, budgets, timelines, and delivery across complex
• Experience with mid-size to large multinational studies across multiple regions and 10–15 countries.
