📋 Description

• Oversee portfolio of clinical studies and direct Project Managers
• Ensure studies meet GCP, ICH, SOPs, and regulatory needs
• Senior client liaison; manage expectations and deliverables
• Oversee contracts, budgets, forecasting, and performance
• Track timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, KPIs
• Maintain therapeutic and client knowledge across portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in relevant field; Master’s preferred
• PMP or PRINCE2 desirable
• 15+ years industry experience; 5+ in CRO environment
• 10+ years clinical project management across lifecycle
• Experience with budgets, timelines, external vendors
• Experience in multinational studies across regions/countries
