• Lead portfolio of clinical studies; guide Project Managers
• Ensure studies meet GCP, ICH, regulatory standards
• Maintain client relationships; report program progress
• Oversee contracts, budgets, forecasting, and performance
• Track timelines, risks, KPIs; drive continuous improvement
• Provide therapeutic and operational SME guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a relevant field; Master’s advantageous
• PMP or PRINCE2 desirable
• 15+ years industry experience; 5+ in CRO environment
• 10+ years clinical PM across full lifecycle
• Experience with multinational studies (10–15 countries)
• Dermatology or rheumatology expertise; strong GCP/regulatory knowledge
