Project Director, Early Phase and Translational Research (EPTR)

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of clinical studies and direct Project Managers
• Ensure studies meet therapeutic, client, quality, and regulatory standards
• Maintain relationships with customers and manage expectations/deliverables
• Oversee contracts, budgets, expenses, forecasting, and performance
• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and KPIs with project tools
• Lead mentorship and operational leadership for project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a relevant discipline; Master’s an advantage
• PMP or PRINCE2 desirable
• 15+ years in industry; 5+ years CRO experience
• 10+ years in clinical project management lifecycle
• Experience with multinational studies in multiple regions/countries
• Dermatology or rheumatology therapeutic experience
