Project Director, Early Phase and Translational Research (EPTR)

📋 Description

• Oversee portfolio or program of clinical studies with PMs responsible for delivery.
• Ensure studies meet therapeutic, client, quality, SOPs, GCP, ICH, and regulatory standards.
• Senior contact for customers; communicate progress and manage expectations.
• Oversee study contracts, budgets, expenses, forecasting, and performance.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Maintain therapeutic and client knowledge; apply lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a relevant field; Master’s advantageous.
• PMP or PRINCE2 desirable.
• 15+ years in industry; 5+ years in CRO environment.
• 10+ years of clinical PM across full lifecycle.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, timelines in complex programs.
• Mid-size to large multinational studies; 10–15+ countries.
