📋 Description

  • Champion a safety culture and ensure SHE compliance.
  • Lead safe execution via LOTOTO, Permit-to-Work, and contractor manage.
  • Identify and mitigate SHE and ergonomic risks across the lifecycle.
  • Ensure designs/execution align with GMP, Sanitary Design, and MOS.
  • Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and CAPEX proposals.
  • Manage capital projects from initiation to handover.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
  • Local language fluent; English intermediate.
  • 5+ years delivering capex investment projects.
  • Strong engineering background with process manufacturing.
  • Hands-on commissioning experience.
  • Experience in tendering and managing budgets.
