Project Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Project Engineering department daily operations and personnel management
• Drive capital strategy, long-range plan, and annual capital plan
• Deliver LBE and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Balance project priorities to meet financial targets and life-cycle costs
• Administer asset management, project lifecycle, and energy programs
• Oversee site Master Plan and ensure EHS compliance in design/change

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or equivalent
• 10+ years in engineering/operational roles; biopharma leadership preferred
• Strong communication with senior management and stakeholders
• Financial system experience and fiscal control
• Computer literacy: MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP; CAD/technical docs skills
