📋 Description

• Provide leadership to the client and project team in establishment of the project goals and vision.
• Provide project interior design leadership across multiple projects.
• Lead the design development of the project’s goals through all phases of the project (the Pursuit
• Evaluate client needs, analyze and effectively document design objectives and spatial requirements.
• Responsible for leading the interior design approach within the project team.
• Responsible for the conceptual and design development of interior spaces for the project.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or relevant field required.
• A minimum of 8 years of related experience required.
• Current NCIDQ certification is preferred.
• Ability to provide interior design leadership across multiple projects.
• Strong design, storytelling and technical skills as well as knowledge of building and life safety
• Exceptional presentation, organizational, team building, collaboration and communication skills are

• Salary range for this position is $81,955 to $102,398 annually, with potential discretionary
