Own end-to-end payroll implementation experience from kickoff to first payroll run
Collaborate with Sales to gather data for accurate onboarding
Onboard customers and ensure they can run payroll confidently
Reconcile customer data and respond to payroll questions
Maintain Salesforce records throughout implementation
Collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Implementation/Onboarding/Payroll/PM at a SaaS company
Proven multi-engagement project management experience
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for large data sets
Hands-on CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and basic tech troubleshooting
Strong communicator who can translate payroll concepts
Ability to research state regulations and navigate ambiguity
