📋 Description

• End-to-End Execution: Lead a squad to maintain and enhance digital products.
• Agile Maturity: Maintain agile ceremonies and remove bottlenecks.
• Metrics Management: Track health indicators, velocity, and SLA compliance.
• Continuous Partnership: Primary contact for Client stakeholders.
• Backlog Prioritization: Negotiate backlog with Client business reps.
• Account Growth: Collaborate with Account Directors to scale value.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years leading agile teams; SAP is a plus.
• Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean IT, and scale frameworks.
• Industry Context: Experience with industrial, automotive, or global supply-chain clients.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and client negotiation.
• Languages: English mandatory; Portuguese, Spanish or Japanese often preferred.
