Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects
Build relationships with customer stakeholders; manage communications and expectations
Develop and maintain detailed project plans; manage scope, schedule, resources, budget
Identify risks and implement mitigations; manage scope changes and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resource allocation
Maintain project docs: status reports, risk registers, lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
6-9 years PM experience in SaaS, implementations or professional services
Experience with incentive comp, sales performance software is a plus
Understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, enterprise IT
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership
Strong analytical and proactive risk management; PMP a plus

Salary range: $140,000 – $190,000
