📋 Description

• Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plan for each partner.
• Function as PM hub across Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, Operations.
• Drive cross-functional execution to launch catalogs and integrations.
• Own the pipeline of distribution projects; prioritize by impact vs effort.
• Build repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks for partners.
• Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner coordination.
• Background in tech startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce.
• Strong organization and stakeholder management; able to align multiple workstreams.
• Business- and partner-oriented; translates needs into actionable plans.
• Comfortable working across commercial, technical, and operational teams; data-driven with KPIs.
• Excellent English and Spanish; additional language a plus.
