Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own assigned projects from estimate to closeout, ensuring safe, on-schedule, profitable delivery.
• Lead project plans aligned to scope, schedule, and risk; manage contracts and change.
• Direct onsite team to ensure high-quality production and adherence to budgets.
• Manage project financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost reports, and revenue forecasts.
• Serve as main client contact and drive subcontractor accountability.
• Oversee project closeout, lessons learned, and final risk/claim disposition.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in heavy civil construction with 5+ years PM experience; supervisory experience.
• Proficient in project controls software (Excel, Microsoft Office/Project, Primavera P6); AutoCAD a
• Strong communication, leadership, and safety-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
