Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead projects from initiation through completion with internal teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Guide requirements definition, solution evaluation, and implementation across the organization.
• Prepare milestones and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and document project details.
• Align projects with business goals and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field. Master’s a plus.
• 3+ years in project management in software/IT/ops environments.
• PM certification (PMP or similar) and familiarity with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello.
• SDLC knowledge; proven end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and effective communication skills.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).
