Project Manager

📋 Description

• The Project Manager oversees day-to-day execution of a data center build across internal teams, EPC
• Own the operating cadence, decision velocity, and follow-through to keep moving parts converging on
• Lead weekly execution meetings, action logs, and deliverable tracking across engineering, supply
• Manage GC/EPC partners, consultants, and vendors against scope, milestones, and quality.
• Guard scope and manage risk/change through the change process; maintain risk and entitlement
• Collaborate with Planner/Scheduler and Cost Controller to validate progress and invoices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management on data center, mission-critical, or heavy industrial construction
• Proven record driving execution with owners, EPC partners, and vendors to closure.
• Working knowledge of GMP/lump sum/EPC contracts, submittal/RFI workflows, and long-lead procurement.
• Fluency in P6-driven schedules and earned-value/cost fundamentals.
• Risk and change process literacy with disciplined documentation; notices and entitlement basics.
• Excellent written communication; Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or
