📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca's brokerage APIs (equities
• Coordinate with product, engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders to scope, plan, and
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and align on resources
• Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, drive action items, and track progress toward key deliverables
• Track risks and dependencies, and report to leadership and partners
• Navigate onboarding requirements (KYC, AML, regulatory disclosures) with partners

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management with strong process, analysis, design, and
• Strong verbal and written English communication; able to engage Chinese-speaking clients effectively
• Problem-solving with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Global/customer-facing flexibility; FinTech, financial markets, and investing interest
• Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace
• Startup mindset; sales/customer success background a plus; training/enablement experience a plus
