Report to the Engagement Manager, manage software delivery, support, or maintenance projts
Establish, monitor, and control progress checkpoints or SLAs
Utilize resources effectively and maintain up-to-date info
Define project scope and brief the team using Agile methods
Plan work within an Agile framework with suitable planning tools
Ensure Agile disciplines are followed and educate client teams

🎯 Requirements

10+ years IT industry experience with 7+ years in Project Management/Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, esp. Scrum
Excellent stakeholder management across seniority levels
Experience managing multiple streams within large programs
Proven governance and budget/commercial management
Mentoring agile-adjacent team members
