Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate as primary contact for client projects and communications.
• Work with clients, BD, and Operations to define project scope.
• Provide project oversight and keep all parties informed of status.
• Communicate goals and expectations to Operations via study design setup.
• Manage multiple clients and develop/update project plans.
• Monitor for scope creep and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related field with 4+ years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years in project management or lab personnel management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with PM tools; willingness to learn eLIMS-BPT and MS Office.
• Familiarity with FDA GMP regs and drug development lifecycle.
