Lead and manage internal cross-functional teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop project plans with budgets, timelines, and resourcing for retainer and incremental work.
Lead and schedule kickoff, brainstorm, and deliverables review meetings; drive client communication.
Own contracts (SOWs, vendor agreements, releases) and client budget/timelines.
Own client-facing execution end-to-end (status calls, client feedback to internal team).
Collaborate with Resourcing/Finance/Business Affairs/Legal as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or entrepreneurial street cred
3–6 years agency project management experience
Strong relationship-building and communication
Understanding agency processes: strategy, creative, content, production
Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly
Experience with project management software for timelines
