Document projects and communicate with customers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in client-facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
Experience in SaaS; familiarity with e-commerce, retail systems, or logistics tech is a plus.
Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
