Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead PM for O&M and modernization efforts on federal government client
• Act as primary liaison between Commission staff and contractor
• Manage two Agile development teams across 10 CFTC applications
• Plan, monitor, and manage risks; coordinate with leadership to set priorities and release schedules
• Ensure policies and security of project and contract are maintained
• Deliver high-quality project deliverables on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of enterprise software PM experience
• Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Agile project management experience
• Strong active listening and stakeholder elicitation skills
• Experience mentoring teams and coordinating with non-technical government officials
