📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate environmental testing projects in Northern California.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue escalation.
• Oversee project setup, documentation, invoicing, and sample workflow in lab systems.
• Coordinate with external labs/service centers and manage capacity and deliveries.
• Provide updates and final reports to clients by due dates.
• Support client accounts and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing client accounts and multi-phase analytical projects.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with EPA methods, ISO 17025, and related quality standards (DoD ELAP, etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word; strong communication and time-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; English proficiency required.
