Project Manager (Automation NPI)

📋 Description

• End-to-end PM for automation tests, firmware, calibration to mass prod.
• Plan and track tasks; manage PCBs/components and cross-team release.
• Lead kick-offs, maintain meeting notes, prepare docs and test instr.
• Troubleshoot projects already in mass production.
• Assist in people management and team building.
• Drive auxiliary projects to optimize processes and cross-department collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years commercial PM/automation production experience.
• Successful releases of several projects, including hardware.
• Proactive, leadership, high self-organization.
• Good listening and clear communication.
• Basic understanding of how electronic devices work.
• Experience facilitating meetings to find optimal group solutions.
