Project Manager, Data Centers – Architecture & Design

📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate all phases of data center projects.
• Partner with Practice Leader for schedule, fee, scope, and contract management.
• Discuss project health with operations leader and elevate changes to office leadership.
• Maintain/update project planner for all phases for weekly staffing reviews.
• Issue add services and obtain approvals before new scope work begins.
• Coordinate with resource groups for design and construction documents; provide site visits and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or equivalent
• 7+ years in architecture or interior design
• 5+ years of dedicated project management on complex projects (data centers, missions critical, etc.)
• PMP certification and Registered Licensed Architect preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
