📋 Description

Lead end-to-end software projects to deliver on time and budget.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Eng, BD, and execs.
Allocate resources and budgets to optimize ROI.
Manage timelines and milestones; track progress.
Guide Agile execution: planning, sprints, and backlog.
Align stakeholders with clear goals and updates.

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years of PM experience in tech; blockchain/trading a plus.
Lead end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams and budget control.
Hands-on OO analysis, design, and software development.
Maintain BRDs, PRDs, and technical design docs.
Excellent English and Mandarin; stakeholder engagement.
Experience with web-based systems.
