📋 Description

• Lead complex enterprise IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate progress to leadership with clear decisions/actions.
• Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of issues and escalate when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of enterprise IT project management experience.
• Strong planning, organization, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex issues concisely and facilitate solutions.
• Experience with changing requirements and cross-functional dependencies; Smartsheet preferred.
