Project Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of NPI projects: strategy, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Set and lead site NPI program strategy with stage/gate meetings and timelines.
• Matrix manage site ops personnel on NPI projects.
• Create project plans, budgets, and translate into actionable steps.
• Provide periodic progress updates to plant management and MES/externals.
• Identify risks and develop contingency and mitigation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or technical field; MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering or PM roles.
• Strong strategy and planning; knowledge of pharma manufacturing and supply.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency with program management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of business financial systems; cross-functional collaboration.
