Project Manager - Fire & Life Safety

📋 Description

• Manage a complex remote project in Saudi Arabia, focusing on fire protection and life safety.
• Lead a team of 3-6 engineers, supervisors, and designers; coordinate with clients and authorities.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with NFPA/IFC/IBC and GCC codes.
• Oversee design reviews, site inspections, and documentation for occupancy certificates.
• Develop fire protection strategies, calculations, and technical reports for management and clients.
• Uphold budget and schedule, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Fire & Life Safety or
• 15+ years of project experience from design to handover with approvals.
• Proven experience leading teams; proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Site experience in installation, commissioning, testing of fire protection and alarm systems.
• Experience reviewing sprinkler, standpipe, hydrant, smoke management, and related systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
