Project Manager I

📋 Description

• Hybrid work environment with initial on-site training (2-4 weeks).
• After training, 2-3 days on-site per week; occasional on-site team trainings.
• Based in Dayton, NJ laboratory, the Project Manager I supports the Client Services team.
• Serve as client advocate and liaison from quote/request to deliverables and invoicing.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients with lower complexities and/or analytical spend.
• Coordinate with Client Services, lab operations, and sales to ensure successful projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates' degree or equivalent experience + 1-2 years in sciences or customer service (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry or related field + 2-3 years as PM
• Strong oral and written communication skills (Required).
• Advanced English language skills (Required).
• Advanced mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills (Required).
• Attention to detail and solid critical thinking (Required).
