Project Manager I - Ecological Restoration

📋 Description

• You’ll independently lead complex ecological restoration projects across planning, permitting
• Collaborate with internal scientists, engineers, construction teams, stakeholders, and
• Travel up to 25–50% of the time, especially during kickoffs, field phases, and regulatory
• Work out of RES regional offices or field hubs and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applied sciences, environmental engineering, construction management, or
• At least 6 years of experience in engineering, construction, or environmental project work.
• 3+ years of direct project management experience with ownership of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of environmental permitting and compliance; experience managing subcontractors
• Ability to lead complex projects independently with limited supervision; strong communication and
