Project Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of feature trains using Scaled Agile practices to align
• Drive project planning, identify key achievements, monitor progress, and take corrective action for
• Identify, assess, and manage risks while focusing on strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Software, Firmware, Hardware, Service, Research, Product Development, and other
• Support New Product Development and other initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions on time and
• Develop and communicate project updates, status reports, and progress metrics for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of PM experience, ideally in medical, life sciences, analytical instrumentation, or
• Proven track record delivering New Product Development or software projects, including
• Strong planning, execution, risk management, coordination, and delivery tracking in complex tech
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, or similar PM tools.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, influence, problem solving, and stakeholder management
