Project Manager II, Early Phase

📋 Description

• Lead complex early-phase clinical research programs from initiation through completion.
• Act as a key connection point between sponsors, clinical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee study execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence in a dynamic research environment.
• Provide ownership over clinical programs contributing to innovative treatments.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and mentor junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical research or life sciences; Master’s/Ph.D. asset.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical research with 3+ years in Phase I/II trials.
• Experience managing multiple studies across sites and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, Health Canada, and regulatory standards.
• Experience with trial operations, startup activities, vendor mgmt, budgets, and regulatory docs.
• Excellent communication in English; bilingual English/French desirable.
