Project Manager, Installation and Commissioning (Battery Storage)

📋 Description

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of behind-the-meter battery storage projects
• Manage site readiness, equipment delivery, installation, interconnection, permitting, and
• Collaborate with subcontractors, electrical contractors, and utility partners to meet schedule
• Support additional energy-saving efforts (solar, EV charging, lighting/HVAC) as needed
• Proactively communicate status and delays to stakeholders and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
• Proven project management experience, preferably in battery energy storage, solar, or electrical
• Experience managing subcontractors in electrical/energy storage/construction projects
• Working knowledge of battery storage systems, inverters, switchgear, metering, and interconnection
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 855, UL 9540; local permitting/inspection knowledge
• Facilities management/building engineering experience preferred
