Project Manager- IT (Software)

📋 Description

• Lead small to mid-sized IT software projects through full lifecycle: planning, requirements
• Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, communication, resource and delivery strategies.
• Primary contact for communications with clients, teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria on
• Manage resources, risks, issues, dependencies, signoffs.
• Facilitate meetings and regular reporting activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large, complex IT/software projects in high-tech environments.
• Experience planning, leading, and tracking software or web development projects using Agile
• Strong knowledge of SDLC with experience combining Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other PM approaches.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams of ~10–15+ members, including remote/distributed teams.
• Strong technical understanding of software development, technical solution design, risk assessment.
